    Hi

Looking for some recommendations for all inclusive resorts in punta Cana for a mother daughter trip? If anyone stayed somewhere which was fab I’d love the details. There’s so many options it’s a bit overwhelming trying to decide which one to book

    Thanks!

We stayed in Riu Palace Bavaro in May 2021, it was really nice and we stayed in other Riu hotels before. Not sure what age is your daughter but if over 18 - you can stay in Riu Republica - adults only. Food was fab, beach was amazing, loads of chaise lounges and we could use all other Riu hotels as well. Next to Riu chain there is Iberostar chain, really good as well. We booked directly on Riu site and got the cheapest price. Have a look on Tripadvisor/YouTube for recommendations. We were really happy with Riu palace Bavaro, so much that we are considering returning in spring 2022.

I stayed in the Grand Palladium. It wasn't adults only, so probably not what you're looking for. I went there with just adults and it didn't both us. 5 pools, lots of nice restaurants to choose from if we got sick of the carverys. The only annoying thing was we had to wait for a waiter to bring us drinks at dinner. I'd much prefer somewhere where you can go up and refill your own drink. That was back in 2015 though so they might have fixed that .Other than that I'd highly recommend it. Lots to do - we rented windsurfers and little sail boats. I'd love to go back next year.
