Has anyone had to replace Pump 2 (driver's side) in Nissan Leaf 2012? just wondering about ballpark costs

Lots of videos and reports from a quick Google.

You could join this Facebook group and find more leaf owners in Ireland

Your best bet is to contact electric autos in naas, they are the main non dealer repair crowd.Give them a ring. They tend to undercut main dealer prices and source used parts. They may have performed this repair multiple times.

Great, thanks for the link, I'll call them. yeah, I saw loads on different forums, like sourcing a pump from eBay and self installation but I'm endowed with a mechanical mind or the patience!

Just fyi for others, ElectricAutos don't repair Leafs anymore. oh well, main dealer it'll have to be.

just to update, I bought a used pump from eBay uk (boxter7248, ships from Lithuania) and got it fitted locally for €60... compared to €940 quote (new) from Nissan dealer 🤤
