Return flight out of Ireland DURING quarantine

    Hi folks. For someone doing the 14 day quarantine upon entering Ireland, they have the option to take a PCR test on day 5 to exit quarantine. Can someone tell what happens if the return flight out of ireland occurs BEFORE day 5? Surely there are cases of people who might need to go to Ireland for shorter periods. Cheers

    I believe that they can stop their quarantine to leave no problem.

    Thanks- that’s certainly what I thought. I recall that being the case around this time last year but can’t see any reference to it anywhere online in the current guidelines.
