Looking at some job adverts for various jobs on different shifts, just wondering what's the typical shift allowance for the various shifts as would like to see if the shift allowance would be worthwhile.
Evenings
Nights
Weekend
Continental style shift
My current employer pays 20% for Evenings, 27% for nights and 25% for weekends. Don't have a continental style shift. If anyone works a different type of shift pattern would also like to know. Also any pros and cons of various shifts patterns.
