I've spotted a 2012 yeti 1.2 automatic DSG with 126k on the clock, it's going for €9500, any opinion on this? I've thinking about Yetis for while and I might go for this one.

Check if that engine has a timing chain or a timing belt. The engines fitted a timing chain can have issues where the chain starts rattling and needs to be replaced so if that one has a chain then ask if there is any history of the chain being replaced. If it's the belt fitted engine then it just needed to be changed at the mileage/time interval that Skoda had as routine maintenance so again check the car's history.
