Heating and hot water issues after new pump installed

Hi guys, just wondering if any of you might have any input as to what my problem is here.

Basically 2 days ago, I lit my solid fuel Stanley range. It started banging like crazy and I noticed the circulating pump wasn't working. I got a guy to install a new pump today, a Tucson 6m pump.

After I lit the range I could hear it banging again at first, then after awhile, the rads heated up and so did the water. I noticed right away the water isn't as hot as usual and the rads are going hot and then luke warm and then hot again. The range is making a lot of noise too.

The pump is on, I have it set to number 2 on the dial and I can hear the water getting sucked through the pump.

Something is wrong here but I have no idea. Is it possible there could be air in the system ? I'll drain the system tomorrow and see if it helps but as I said, the rads are just going from really hot to luke warm and the water is not as hot as it should be with the range lighting a few hours.

    Cheers guys.

If this is the pump you have you should see the pump power in watts (W), what is it reading??.
