My Dell Latitude 5280, won't start up. The keyboard lights up, the screen constantly stays blank. It flashes 3 Amber, 3 white lights which seem to mean Bios recovery 1. My Dell Latitude 5280, won't start up. The keyboard lights up, the screen constantly stays blank. It flashes 3 Amber, 3 white lights which seem to mean Bios recovery 1.

There are guides online, saying press F2 or F12 repeatedly or ctrl ESC, but nothing gets the screen to work. I unplugged the battery for over an hour, still nothing.
Anyone ever come across this? I'm going to try get it to a repair shop next week but is it completely wrecked or fixable?
It wasn't used for about 3 months due to having a different laptop but I'd like to have it working again
