Receipts deleted on revenue.ie

    Anyone know what's going on with the facility to upload receipts for medical expenses, home working etc.? I had been using the app but since this service was deleted (along with a number of my receipts...) I had been uploading to the website. Now all but one of my receipts have vanished from my account and there is a new link to "claim" for this expense. It all seems to be a bit of a shambles and they don't seem to have acknowledged there is any issue. I hadn't been keeping physical receipts as didn't seem to be necessary once a digital copy was uploaded so now not sure what to do.

    Same here. Big chunk that had been uploaded (and dumped as per the instructions) have been lost.


    There was an update to the app and I did down load a pdf. But there is no sync between the app and site.


    But of a mess.
