Ptsb revolut payee. H

I'm really lost. I tried setting up a payee for my new revolut IBAN. But when I tried set up a payee on ptsb I typed in Ireland as the country of origin but it said the IBAN doesn't match. I know revolut transfered to Lithuania now so do I add Lithuania as the payee ??

Yep the IBAN is Lithuanian
