Hiya I’m wondering could anyone help me on this matter. I am due in March. If I take early maternity leave in January, can I still take my unpaid leave after summer holidays in September?

    thank you

I don't work in the area but my understating is that you cannot take a break in maternity leave over the summer. So you take you paid leave, then any annual leave, then straight into unpaid leave. The unpaid leave cannot be delayed and taken after going back to being paid.
