Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Can I starting trading and pay an employee before registration with CRO?

I've heard there are 6 week delays in registering a new Ltd company but I would like to start trading immediately. I have a client lined up and will need to employ help. Do I have to wait 6 weeks before I can start?

there is only a ten day delay according to the cro on twitter.
paperwork that was received by the cro on the 10 sept is been processed now, if you use an agent you will save about 4-5 days.

Only took about a week to register an Ltd. We used an agent which did speed things up.
