    Hi

    Ive set up google pay and activated my card, but cannot complete any transactions. I've un / re installed & complete a new set-up to no avail.

    Payments were less that €50, NFC is turned on, Tap & Pay is set to Google Pay

    Mobile phone is a Xiaomi Mi 9, Android version: 10 QKQ1.190825.002

    Please help

    I'm sorry to hear about this.

    Can I ask is it only Google Pay transactions that you're having difficulties with? Or are you also unable to use your card for contactless, chip and pin transactions etc.?

    Seems its just google pay. My card works fine for contactless & chip/pin.

    Could I ask if you're getting an error message when you use Google Pay? Or are the transactions just declining?

    Do you have the phone awake and the screen unlocked when trying to pay?
