Hi, im sale agreed on my home sale and also sale agreed on my new purchase. I hope to complete both transactions on the same day as well as move entire house contents from one county to another. is this doable or am I completely unrealistic? tia

It's doable

Was involved in such a deal over the summer.

Need to realise that "Sale Agreed" isn't worth the paper it's written on.
