Leap card registration not working

    Hello,

    I am unable to register a Leap card on leapcard.ie. I am facing this problem for nearly a week now. I wrote to Support, they just reiterated the standard procedure which does not work.

    I enter the card number, then it just dumps me to my contact information and the card is not added.

    I tried three different browsers, two computers (Linux and Windows 10), used three different accounts (Google login, normal email, work email). Same result.

    Am I the only one experiencing this problem, I wonder? And can I make them help me somehow?

    The reason I need this is because a card is lost and I need to order a replacement. I do have the number.
