Hi guys, Quick one here. I have decided to put a small lockup up for rent in a provincial town. I'm wondering about sticking an advert up on Daft.ie myself for €75 versus getting an estate to find a tenant. Are there pros and cons to each. I'd be afraid to think what an estate agent might charge to find a tenant.. I wonder…
