HSE Data Breach

    Hello,

    Last August I requested my medical records from the mental health services run by the HSE. After a lot of follow up I received my redacted file in November. However, on receiving the records I noticed that non redacted records of another individual with the same name were included. I left a voicemail to the data office to inform them of this. In July, I emailed to complain in regards to this. I was instructed to post back the details to the HSE, I requested to be provided with information as to how my private data is stored and used. I was informed in the same response back that such information would be provided and as of yet, I have recieved no response back. In regards to GDPR, data breach is there anything I can do? I certainly do not trust the HSE with the holding of such sensitive data belonging to me now
