For me I think it's a fun easy to watch at anytime episode but otherwise it does not do a whole lot for the show. It did not developed the characters in any way or help Voyager on its journey in anyway so I would not rate it very high.

    Peace and long life.

I enjoyed that one... pity we didnt get more of the maquis angle and Seska.

It would have been interesting for Seska to have stayed on board grudgingly instead of going full rogue. Like an alternative to Seven as an antagonist to the Starfleet way without being an enemy.

It's bitter sweet fun, fun to watch and enjoy until you pause and think season 1 and 2 could have all been the two crews at war, ala crimson tide. With the eventual coming together.

It did kind of feel like something they should have put some more time into in Season 1. The Maquis crew moulded onto Voyager a little too automatically. I know they did bring it up now and again, but right after Caretaker Part 2 they were all in Uniform and assigned roles. It feels like something they should have spent at least one or two episodes on....instead of using episode 2 to throw Paris and Janeway onto a time-loop planet.

I like Worst Case Scenario, it at least tries to address the lack of crew friction outside of Parallax, Learning Curve, and the Michael Jonas arc episodes. But they definitely should have put a little more focus on that early on.
