100mm insulation and hanging a curtain pole

I’m in a new build house for just over a year & I have a small problem, all exterior walls are lined with 100mm insulation which is great for keeping the house warm but it means I now have this problem with my curtains poles (see pics), I used the attached fixing as this is what was recommended to me but they are no longer holding, does anyone know how I can hang these permanently so it does not happen again?

Frame fixing, straight through the insulation and into the block behind it, it'll last forever.

This is what those do at the back when they're properly set:

They're fine for medium loads but a heavy load, particularly one pulling out from the wall, will just pull out a big lump of plasterboard.

Would you be familiar with express nails.Ifyou can get some 8x150 and a long 8mm masonry drill bit. Drill through the slab and insulation and into the block behind. Hammer in the express nail fully. Express nails are hollow so hammer in the appropriate size wall plug into the middle of the express nail. This method will hold anything you can think of including radiators television brackets curtain poles etc

Thanks everyone, I went with the frame screws and they worked a treat 😀 Just have to do a bit of paint touch up and the job is done.
