Ryzen 3000 series for new PC build

I built my first PC I knew I could run into a stumbing block with the motherboard bios version and it happened. Does anyone have a ryzen 3000 series CPU (or earlier I think) so I can update the bios? I'm in Templeogue and can collect and drop back fairly quickly.
