Dental implant - Crown implant delayed

    Morning folks

I am in the process of getting some dental implants done and the final part of the procedure was due to be done in June but they keep putting it back as they don't have someone to do it. I'm not overly bothered but what I wanted to ask was, are there any risks or potential issues if it's not being done within a certain timeframe?

So at the moment I have the screws in but not the crowns.

Why do they not have someone to do the restorative part of the treatment?

The answer to your question is no, delay in putting the crown on the implant does not affect outcome.

Thank you for the reply, I appreciate it. They told me that they are waiting on a new implantologist to start.
