I'm wondering if anyone could advise of their experiences with artificial bone grafts prior to dental implants
I had two teeth that were part of a bridge break and saw a peridontist who is going to remove the remaining bits of broken teeth and do a bone graft at the same time.
Has anyone had this done who can share their experience? It's an artificial bone from what I understood, I forgot to ask how it is done, I will when I go back but if anyone can share their experience I'd appreciate it.
