Leicester won 4-3 in Moscow. The new lad Patson Daka scored all 4, with assists from Tielemans, Maddison and Nacho(2). Vardy unused sub.

Interesting lineups for the Caraboa Cup.

ESR and White start and are the only 2 from the weekend to retain their places. I think that means they’re undroppable rather than won’t play next GW. Guaranteed injuries though.

Alonso starts in a back 4 and gets the captaincy. Havertz starts up front. James on the right. Perhaps he needs the games, but it would put me off.

Of course the only player to not return on Saturday in that 7-0 thumbing has just scored for Chelsea.....

Ah ya!!! FPL gods are looking down on all of us who had the band on Havertz.

Would you have taken Chelsea conceding as well?

What's the story with the following...

Asian & South American World Cup Qualifier's

    AFCON

I understand that most AFCON related players will miss GW 22,23 & 24(potentially)

But what's the story with players in Asia & South American with their qualifiers?

    AFCON 2022. 9/1 - 6/2

This is how I see it, apologies if I've made a mistake - double check for yourselves.

    All players will miss GW22.

    Group stages finish 17th-20th.

Anyone finishing on the 17th/18th would possibly be available to play GW23(21st-23rd), anyone finishing 19th/20th will more than likely miss it, some may play 23rd.

Round of 16/quarters(23rd-30th) through to semis(2nd/3rd Feb.) will see players back for GW24.

    Final is 6th Feb.

    GW24 starts 8th Feb.

Anyone playing in the final on the 6th whose team are playing on the 8th/9th will most likely miss GW24.

Liverpool, Arsenal, Wolves and Leicester play the 10th - slim chance their players will be available for GW24 if any of their players make the final.

Some of you probably noticed Chelsea is leading 2-0 against Spurs in efl Cup.

Tottenham with 0 shots in first half. Not a single shot.

Spurs are woeful. Lukaku looks like he ate too much Christmas pudding and Werner is still learning the offside rule.

I won't be rushing to sign any of the above

Bilva goal (Palmer)....City with a very strong team out, could run up a huge score here if they're halfway bothered
