I'm following a case in the High Court, 2021/9 MCA, Three Ireland vs. Comreg.

The case was listed yesterday before Mr Justice O'Moore and the result was as follows from the Courts website

The result was NOD. The Courts website doesn't explain what the various acronyms/abbreviations used represent. It may be fairly obvious to those familiar with the courts but can someone the meaning of NOD.
