Looking for help in getting underwear that won't ride up and strangle me...

I have a small waist but big quads...

So dunno it's better here or maybe in strength and conditioning forum (that I can't seem to find)

I think I'm looking for a elastin and cotton mix fibre with tapered cuffs on the legs, but like the ones in next with ate useless for me

I'm similar to you. I have big quads but a small enough waist. I wear boxer briefs or briefs - I find they do the job the best. I stick with CK or M&S - I avoid Penneys as I find once you use them once or twice the material gets really rough. I use to wear boxers but I hated the feeling of no support for my balls.

What do you wear now? If they are riding up/strangling you you may be wearing a size too small

I get next hipsters, they don’t go down over your quads so might work for you too.

Dont get white ones though! 💩💩

    Oddballs are your only man.

Am a briefs Man myself but they do the other styles too, very comfortable.

I have a small waist but big quads 😂 I get mine tailored. Well worth it, zero hassle, comfy all the time.

I just buy larger than needed on the waist so that the jocks fit the quads. I pay this wan 30 euro for taking the waist in on a batch(10/12) at a time.

    Serious recommendation: Separatec https://www.amazon.de/s?k=separatec&ref=nb_sb_noss_1

They also have a UK site. I'm living on the continent so amazon.de works fine for me but maybe their uk site would ship to ireland without ridiculous charges.

I personally prefer the bamboo rayon ones and hover between xl and xxl in size, The longer the leg, the better to avoid chaffing.

Before this brand, I was wearing Alphabox (https://www.alphabox.com/) but the import tax from the US made them nearly 30 euro a pair. The separatec ones are 1/3 that.

Buy a set of 3, and if you like them order a shed ton more. I swapped out all the crap from h&m / pennys / etc for these and I wouldnt wear anything else.

They also have "sports" ones that are great for running, dry very quickly after washing, and don't suffer from hairs down there getting trapped in the material.

There are very few things in my life that I have bought that I could say have brought a marked improvement to my overall wellbeing, but good underwear is definitely one of them.
