Is it too hot to paint with the good hot weather of 25 to 30 degrees that we have at the moment.

I think so. I was painting my kitchen this weekend and it wasn't great. I was using Johnstone's soft sheen white paint on some of the walls and I noticed it bubbling a little in places. Also used Dulux soft sheen on one wall and it wasn't great either. Definitely too hot!
