Our company are starting this up in the coming weeks. They are matching employee contributions up to 5% of our wages which is great. Anything I should look out for or be weary of with these? I'm 31 and don't have a pension yet.

High risk until closer to retirement seems to be the consensus but they also have a fund that does this automatically. The majority in shares and then as you get closer to retirement it moves towards bonds/cash and other low risk investments would that be the best option?

That is the passive fund and comes with a 0.95% management fee. They also charge €5 per month policy fee and €8 per year pension authority fee
