Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hi guys, the thing is I had to leave my phone for maintenance but in the meantime, I really need to access my account. The only way is through my macbook, but to login into the computer we need now to validate on the phone, which is very counterproductive in these scenarios! 
    There should be any other way to validate the login without a mobile but of course in a safe way, but it should be! It's very frustrating. I need to access for urgent queries and I can't.

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    I am sorry to hear this. To log into your account, you will need to have access to a provisioned device. You can have your account provisioned on up to 5 devices. This means, if your phone is not in your possession you can still access your account.
