    Hi all we have a 14 week old cream cockapoo pup and she has a lot of stains under her eyes, any advice on how to treat/clean this please? Thanks

    Also look at giving filtered water and from a stainless bowl not ceramic - apparently small cracks can harbour bacteria

    Young puppies often have worse tear staining when they are teething as their face is inflamed which leads to increased tear production. To clean it the best thing to use it just cool boiled water and some cotton wool, and a flea comb is great to break up any sleep gook that might build up.
    I’ve heard great things about the stuff recommended above, also using filtered water and either stainless steel or glass food and water bowls, and making sure the food you feed doesn’t contain beet pulp.
