Recently moved to a house and there are two Mr. Binman bins that are full, they look fairly old. If I rang them would they come out to take them away?

Just because the bins have Mr Binman written on them doesn't automatically mean the previous tenants or owners had a bin collection with Mr Binman. The bins just may never have been taken back by Mr Binman. You will have to ring them and find out though. The most likely scenario is that either the previous tenants or property owners stopped paying their bin collection service before leaving the premises or they transferred their service to their new address. If your renting then I'd get onto the landlord but if you are the new owner then it's probably your problem now.
