    Hi,

I am sale agreed on a property which will not be complete for 4 to 5 months.

I am 3 months into my probation with a very reputable company which has many dealings with Bank of Ireland.

I have a good employment history with 10 years with my previous employer.

I also have a strong educational background which coincides with my new role.

Is it possible/common to receive the loan offer to allow me to sign contracts considering drawdown will not be required until after my probation is complete?

    Thanks
