    Hi there,

I’m looking for a patio door to suit an approx 4.8m long x 2.4m high ope.

Anyone have any experience of these? Am I best off going bi fold or triple/double panel sliding door? Which is generally cheaper?

    Thanks

No issue as i’ll be craning it in over the house.

    Weight’s not my concern.

The weight of the actual door in place. Opening, closing and the strain on the frames, seals and rollers :)

Weight is not an issue for modern lift and slide systems, bifolds are limited by weight and size . (opening supported with steel of course)
