Loan Account - Up to date statement

    Hi,

    How can I get an up to date statement for my loan account?

    There doesn't appear to be an option to request one online?

    Thanks for checking this with us. 

    If the account is visible online, you should be able to request this by selecting "services" > "manage statements" > "order up to date statement". This should then be available on 365 after 1-2 working days.

    Hi Richard,

    Yes the account is visible online however this account does not appear in the dropdown selection box when attempting to order an up to date statement.

    Apologies, if you select Services then scroll down to Send us a Message you can request an up to date statement there for your loan account.
