Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Have been thinking of starting this thread the past while. Might be of interest to some.

    A place of this size and quality would be rare enough in West Cavan. I'd imagine it will go for a big price given the quality and quantity of land in one block and the other smaller parcels being very closeby.

    Looks like it was owned by the same man (RIP) who made the front page of the Irish Times last summer.

    Throw up links to farms for sale nearby or far away that you would spend the mattress money on if only you had enough of it!

    Unfortunately not a whole pile available in my native Co. Louth. And when it does come available it is gobbled up for crazy sums.
