Engine mounts okay or replace?

I'll attach a video below, my girlfriends 1.0 Suzuki Alto's driver side engine mount looks bad, but I've never dealt with these style mounts so I'm not sure if they should move this much, all I'm doing is one hand on the top of engine and putting my bodyweight leaning on it. Also when the engine is idling it moves a bit more than what I've seen on my own car, especially when you rev the entire engine kicks back a noticeable amount, would I need to change the other mount that I can't see,and the gearbox mount underneath if I was to change one. Doesn't look too complicated to change and I just bought a new 3 tonne jack that would keep the engine supported easily.

A lot of cars have the same mounting which allows movement from side to side

If it was cluncking from side to side movement it would need replacing .

Yours look normal and new ones maybe the same.

Gearbox mount on other side we have replaced.

Why are you putting a jack on the sump ? is there not a jacking up point to use.

Ahh i see if you wanted to change you have a jack.

Yes I figured it would allow a bit more movement anyway with those style mounts, but the engine itself shakes a good bit when idling and when you press the accelerator pedal is jumps a bit. I don't want to replace the parts for it to change nothing, no clunking or anything but the rubber isn't fully bonded to the mount anymore can pick away at it by hand. Yeah I mean if doing the repair I have a jack more than capable to support the engine underneath when removing the mounts. I'd never lift a car by the sump its hollow I'd just put a hole in it.

The car has slightly over 100,000kms on it if that gives any indication as to when engine mounts usually go out

Jacking the engine up to do a job like that is a recipe for disaster. The sump was never intended to take the weight of the engine. Support it properly or you may cause more issues.

And tell me where do you think the weight of an engine is sitting when the engine is on a pallet? or left on the floor?

The sump can absolutely take the weight, especially since its only a tiny 1.0. Just support it properly with a lump of timber rather than putting the jack directly onto the sump. Mechanics do it all the time, in some cars it's even necessary to jack up the engine and undo the engine mount to replace an alternator.

Any tutorial I've watched they jack up under the sump when doing the engine side mount, I have a rubber pad on the jack saddle and a thick piece of wood so there will be even pressure. What do you mean by supporting it properly? From where?

Yes the difference is supporting an engine using it to higher or lower engine for doing timing belts etc where space is limited.

Not using sump to raise vehicle up off the ground to use axle stands as an example.
