Looking to take off and remove kitchen cabinets, only issue I have is that i cannot see where the securing screws are there is a small gap between cabinets and wall on the underside. People we bought the house off said its a cash and carry kitchen has anyone any ideas how to remove one of these installed kitchens please.

Check inside the wall cabinets towards the top left and top right corners.

Are we talking about the upper wall units? They are mounted on an angled batten on the wall with a corresponding batten on back of unit. Remove trims and any screws between adjoining units. Lift units up and off. There wont normally be screws from upper units into wall. They are effectively hanging in position.

Not in the same fashion. Just legs underneath and screwed to the wall at the back of the units most ,likely. Taking off the counter top will reveal a lot.

The bottom units will not have any battens. They may or may not have a few screws. I doubt they’d have screws to wall

Have a look to see where the individual units are joined side by side. They should be screwed together at teh sides. Each unit is normally two doors wide. Have you any photos you can show?

I'd be surprised if the base cabinets weren't fixed to the walls anywhere. I'd expect to see at least a few L brackets fixing the cabinets to the wall in the service void under the worktops.

Yes just checked my own, it was cash and carry and I put it in 15 odd yrs ago. There is a top piece on the back of some of the units which is screwed through directly into wall

You'll probably find a few different methods used for fixing base/wall cabinets. Each fitter is likely to have their own preferred approach.
