Quooker Flex Maintenance/Repair

    Hi all, not sure if this is the right forum. We've a Quooker flex installed since January 2019 with the cold water filter.

    A couple of days ago the boiling water started to get a bit spluttery/ inconsistent in its output and now the filtered water has stopped completely.

    I have removed and descaled the aerator and checked that the output side of the filter is working when activated (i.e. The filtered water is making its way to the combi unit but no further.)

    Anyone know who is looking after these post brexit or any pointers what could be at fault. The quooker site fault finder is saying the flex hose may need replacing if the boiling water isn't coming out smoothly but I'm not sure how that could cause these symptoms
