    The bleeding hearts were on last week saying poor little Johnny/Joanna have no where to put their rubbish, sure it's not their fault.

    They should be up in front of a judge and given 800 hours of picking up rubbish.

    Do we assume this is typical of everyone who has a few takeaway drinks around galway? No.

    These are actions of a more scummy nature, if that bin had been a private bin, I could see the same happening. The addition of bins, for use by everyone, was needed, in order to reduce the amount of litter. You will always have people like this, even without COVID, who choose to litter where they wish.
