    Pretty sure The Bloody Stream is doing takeaway food and drink, to satisfy the rules you need to consume booze 100m or more from point of sale, the food market is also open or at least most of it is, I am sure more pubs are doing takeaway so you can obtain Beers and Food and take your chances on the Green!

    bloody stream, findlaters & the waterside doing take away pints, not sure on the food but loadsa other places to get food if they arent
