error communicating with server App cannot be installed

    Hi whats going on with the app..
    I just bought a new samsung tab A tablet (android 9) and i just downloaded app and keep getting error communicating with server so cannot register device ? This is a brand new tablet. Had a mate around and asked him to download the app (samsung S10 phone) onto his phone and same thing " error communicating with server" 
    Thats 2 differant devices not working on... have uninstalled etc,,, any help much appreciated... App is a total disaster to be honest... 
    what do I need to do to get app working... Thanks

    Thanks Jen,, Getting that white screen on all devices its on...pot luck if it works to be honest? Please update when you think its fixed....  what testing is done before a patch update is realised ??  seems the development team need to beta test before releasing updates that crap out the system.... please update when you have an update on fixed... Thanks

    Thanks for getting back to us here today. We can assure you that we are working to resolve this as quickly as we can. If you are receiving a white screen we would suggest that you restart the mobile device to see if this helps.
