    Hi All,

Was just looking for a bit of information on this area.

I know it was built during the 80s so settled at this stage I would imagine.

What is the estate like? Is it a nice place?

Is it a private estate or council built?

Does it have a bit of a reputation for anti social behaviour or a quite and calm environment?

    Any help appreciated

Very settled. There are a couple of footpaths that lead through to Carrig Mill, a fairly new development next to Aldi.
Have walked through many a time, never noticed any issues.
