Leinster have started pushing this out to all of the provence, we are a hurling club and we are presently looking at whether to get involved probably sharing with another club.
What are the pros and cons?

You will probably be required to fund half the salary. That is between the two clubs. After that it depends on the GPO, a good one will put structure on coaching by engaging g with club coaches. I really don’t see any negative to be honest.
