2011 Passat petrol - something leaking in the engine

I was driving my Passat today, there was a burning smell coming through the AC and white smoke from the engine. I checked and there’s something leaking onto a hot part of the engine block from the area circled in red on the attached photo

Looks like the coolant or oil feed to the turbo?
