    Hi there,

I am short of cash for buying a new home.
Can I take out the employer pension that have been paid so far as cash?
    Any tax?

    Thanks a mill!

No, 50 minimum for occupational pensions.
Unless you are in it for less than 2 years. But in that case you won't have much money in it anyway.
