What are your mainstay stretches/exercises ?

    ATM I'm doing roughly the following daily

    Back stretches
    Myrtle routine
    Clam bridges
    Reverse lunges
    Wall sits

    Occasional hamstring and quad stretching but generally wary of random static stretching

    Thinking of adding step-ups,


    Have trouble with single leg deadlifts and am unable to do weighted squats due to knee issues
