HDMI questions 4k HDR Dolby Atmos

My current setup is basically a 2017 LG 65B7 OLED TV which has ARC HDMI 2.0b but NOT eARC
    specs here https://www.flatpanelshd.com/lg_b7_oled_2017.php

What I would like is to get 4K HDR / Dolby Vision (TV in build can do this) *and* Dolby Amtos sound through various streaming services.

I was thinking to add a Nvidia Shield Pro (can do all the video and audio at whatever I want) and a Sony HT-X8500 soundbar (I got one for free) which has eARC but am a bit confused about chaining them together to get what I want.

Also I realise that the Sony soundbar isn't amazing but I have it for now before I get something better.

If I go Shield > eARC Sony passthrough to HDMI ARC > TV ARC will I get all that I want via the Shield including the Dolby Atmos?
Will it be able to pass through the 4k HDR signal to TV?

Thanks for any help and input

Your soundbar will pass through Dolby Vision to your TV.
It has two HDMI's - One is an input which you would connect your Nvidia shield Pro and the other is an output which you would connect to your TV.
It won't however play Dolby Atmos or DTS:X. It is Dolby Atmos and DST:X compatible which simply means it will accept a Dolby Atmos or DST:X signal and then downmix that signal to its two (or three) speakers.

    Hope this helps
