Does anyone know if there is a legal principal or concept that refers to a situation where an enforcement by one court that has affects on another courts?

For example ,,,lets say can a circuit court enforcement under Section 91(1) (b) of the Employment Equality Act of an order made under Section 82(1)(e)to an employer to take a specified course of action,,,,and if the circuit court orders the employer to take this course of action and if that action is completed then it will affect the Labour Court and the High Court.....

Is there a word for this type of situation, so that i can read up on it and study it?
