Tips of leafs on bush burnt?

    Hi all,
    Walking around my estate al all the garden bushes seem to have the tips of their leafs seem black and burnt ? Can’t figure it out but it’s the same bush in all the gardens ... any ideas?

    A bit of the same here. it's a touch of frost burn. No big issue.

    My poor husband thought they were very dark purple flowers...he asked me if the griselinia hedge had ever flowered before as it had "purple flowers" on it. I won't let him live that down for a long time :D
