    A mate got the new hub today, the white one. Gave it half hour or so to update as that what the booklet said it needed to do so it was flashing green the whole time. Never updated so checked all connections and pkugged router out and then back in. Flashed green again for another hour.
    Rang tech support, they said it might take a couole of hours to update and to leave it alone after checking things on their end.
    That was 3 o clock, still flashing green(updating) is this normal.
    Tech support closed at 6pm so cant ring them til the mornin
