New bushings squeaking

Needed to replace anti roll bar links so I did the bushing along with them. Old ones were worn but not the worst just a slightly larger inner diameter. However, the new bushings have started to squeak when going over a bump especially when I'm turning while going over a bump. They're the usual bog standard steel polymer bushings, purchased from main dealer. Used silicone paste on the inside of them before the install and also on the inside of the bracket that contacts them. Started screws with car on jack stands and finished tightened with wheels on the ground and suspension loaded. I didn't overtighten them just enough to be snug, put threadlocker on the threads also. Yet they still squeak, must have done something wrong, I just don't know what. As a side note the anti roll bar likes to move itself off centre a bit to the left, I've re-centred it twice and it keeps moving back so I guess that's just where it wants to be, don't know if that would affect things. I can feel the difference in corners as both front and rear links and bushings have been done, so they're doing the job, just with some unwanted noise
