Help to buy - document upload

Strange question, but I am trying to upload my documents for the Help-to-buy scheme. I have the application number, and the approval number, but I can't seem to find anywhere to upload the signed contract and the mortgage form. The Revenue docs say to login and upload the forms, but they don't say where. Anybody know where…

I had the same issue, turns out my application had expired - i had to start a new one. Once i did I was able to upload the required docs.
